Your NSIL innovation journey
Every step brings students closer to learning, building and earning national recognition.
Register with the right level and kit
Schools can register teams while parents can submit individual student interest. NSIL helps match the student with the correct level.
Learn through guided training
Students begin with structured activities, workbook tasks, mentor support and hands-on practice using the kit.
Build a meaningful project
Every team selects an SDG challenge and creates a Robotics, AI or IoT solution that addresses a real issue.
Showcase in province-level competition
Teams demonstrate the project, answer judges and compete with students from other schools in their province.
Earn national-stage recognition
Province champions move to the national finale in Kathmandu to compete for titles, trophies, laptops and the NPR 5 Lakh prize pool.
1st NSIL Timeline
Follow the complete Season 1 journey from launch and registration to the national finale and prize distribution.
Launching and registration open
NSIL Season 1 officially begins. Schools and individual students can register, select the right league and start receiving their NSIL kits.
Training starts with project guidelines
Participants begin guided training through online support and learning hub locations. Students understand the competition rules, project pathway and technical requirements.
First-round competition
Teams demonstrate their early prototypes and project concepts. Province-wise selection identifies the strongest teams for the second round.
Second-round provincial competition
Selected teams improve their projects and present before expert judges. Province finalists are chosen for the national stage.
Mentorship for national finalists
Finalists receive focused mentorship to strengthen their project, improve communication and prepare a professional pre-event pitch for experts and investors.
National finale and prize distribution
The best teams compete at the final event. Winners are announced and recognised with prizes, trophies, certificates and national exposure.
The NSIL advantage
A school-friendly, child-friendly and future-focused competition model designed for real student growth.
Age-based league structure
Fair participation for Grades 3–5, 6–8 and 9–10 so students compete at the right level.
Kit + training + competition ecosystem
NSIL combines hands-on kit learning, guided training and competition exposure in one complete journey.
SDG-based innovation challenge
Students do not just build projects—they solve real problems connected to health, water, energy, cities and climate.
The NSIL kit should feel real, premium and easy to understand.
